Wow, so Liz, one of my suitemates is leaving for Ireland on Wed. or Thursday! She got a job offer that she just can't refuse, she does Irish dancing, and she got an offer to tour Europe and Ireland as part of a dance group there. So she's leaving, and we'll know in a few days from then whether she'll be back or not! Pretty crazy! If she does sign the contract, she'll be gone for a year and a half..... so insane! And she has to get everything ready to be gone for that long in like five days. Because she just found out about this two days ago. It's really exciting, because it's the opportunity of a lifetime! I'm excited for her! And yet I really don't want her to go, because Liz and I get along really well. She's one of my favorite suitemates. So.... it makes me kind of sad if she won't be here for the rest of the semester. It's crazy! Anyway, things are going well. I went to the lindybinge last night, and it was crowded, but it was really fun. We had a good time. And then we stopped for chicken sandwiches on the way home, and food tastes sooooo good when you've been dancing for five hours or so! That was probably the best chicken sandwich that I've ever had. Anyway, that was good stuff. We're having a going away party for Liz tonight. Which should be fun. And then I'm going over to Ian's, he's doing stuff for the team. So that will be fun too! Anyway, those are the exciting things! :)

Jonah's got another girlfriend. It hasn't even been a month since he broke up with me. They're both on team. She was my friend. Was being the key issue, since she hasn't said anything to me. I'm so angry I can barely think straight. I didn't think he could hurt me more than he already had, oh but he found a way.

I'm baaack! ;) Back at school, that is. Back into my room after two nights of sleeping down at Pomona. Adam had Becca, Ian and I stay with him, which was fun. And Ian let me sleep on the couch, which was nice, but it still wasn't that comfortable, expecially after like eight hours of dancing! And then Adam's suitemates were sooooo loud! So last night we ended up moving into the Adam's room with the couch cushions on the floor. So there were four of us in one little room! It was fun. And amusing, because all of us were so sore this morning, the room was filled with little goans and moans of sore muscle pain as we got up. It's amusing, and yet we probably walk like people four times our age because we hurt. But, the rehearsals went well, and it was really fun. And good to be back with all the fun people on team. I now have four? or is it five? new routines in my head, I'm not sure anymore, but I think I know them all pretty much. And then of course, there's the swing, that I already knew, and the medley. I remember most of that. So, in the swing, Jon and I got to teach it to the new people, and then since Emily got taken out of it to be in another routine, I just started doing her solo part while we were teaching, because we needed someone to do it. And then Chris had me keep doing it! So I have a solo! It's not that cool really, but it's fun, and they make a whole lot more noise for me than they did for Emily, which is kind of sad, but makes it more fun. Anyway, so Jon and I made up a crazy beginning for that routine, since I'm his partner for the beginning now, but then we have to switch, so I don't get to do tango with him anymore. :( We were going to try to work it so that we'd be together the whole time, because it's fun! And we had a cool crazy tango together! But.... *sigh* Ashleigh took him away from me. ;) So I'm with Paul again, who I'm dancing with in every single one of the routines I'm in, except the lindy!! It's insane! I don't know how that happened. He's a nice guy, really funny. But unfortunately, not a fabulous lead, at all. :( Oh well, it's fun at least. And we'll just have to work on it, and make him get better. He is only a Frosh, after all. :) Anyway, so I don't want to spoil any of the fun surprises, but concert is going to be a ton of fun! Oh, and apparently one of the girls who was on team last semester isn't coming back for this semester, so Chris gave me two of her routines, which is cool. So I now have a total of nine routines to do. Yay! More of me in the concert than ever before! And as of last night, I'm in front for the bows, rather random, but it's great! Ian and Jon made up a crazy thing for us to do. :) It's so exciting that Chris is open to suggestions! Because Wes always got mad if you tried to suggest anything. It was his job only to do the choreography. Not so anymore, Matt and I were doing something random, and Chris thought it was cool, so it's in the routine now! How cool is that?! And Jon and Ashleigh are choreographing an entire lindy routine for us! And it's really really hard because it's so fast, but it's real lindy! And it's going to be AWESOME!! :) We all went out to dinner last night at Bucca di Beppo's, which was fabulous! Oh it was fun! You couldn't hear anything! But it was fun, we had one huge table, and it was great! Anyway, for various reasons, I'm rather angry at Jonah right now, and Becca and Adam knew about it. So I was drawing on the placemat, because they're paper, and that's what we do when we're there. And I drew Becca and Adam doing some of the moves from the Disco routine, and I labeled them Adam lassoing, and Becca swimming, because that's what they're doing. :) Then Becca decided to draw me, and labeled it sexy Katie. And then Adam took the pen, and gave me big feet, and then drew a man lying down beneath one of my feet and labelled it stupid Jonah. And then Becca added heels to my "shoes"! And it was so funny! So we had to show Kitri, because she would appreciate it. But then Andrew wanted to see, and he was sitting right next to Jonah! And we couldn't let it go over there, so we just told him about the drawings of Becca and Adam, and he was satisfied with that, thankfully! But it was soo funny! If only the real situation were that funny. But at least I have good friends. And Andrew is awesome! He gave me massages all weekend, and for that reason I love him forever! Anyway, what else? I'm back in my room, unpacked one suitcase, waiting for Matt to get online or something so that I can get my other suitcase out of his trunk! And then I'll be back and ready for things to happen. Oh it will be so good to sleep in a bed tonight! Mmm. School starts Tuesday! :)
